You must agree to the terms and conditions below to be able to signup for our program.

PornPower Cash Program - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally
binding immediately upon agreement. PornPower Cash reserves the right to terminate any 
agreement at it's discretion.
 
1. Only one account is allowed per company or organization. 
Any type of site content is accepted except for that as listed under #6 below.
 
2. Payments are sent directly from MAP Billing Ltd. 
In the event PornPower Cash elects in the future to use a third party 
clearing agent, your payments will be subject to such third party's standard terms.
 
3. You may post as many links on your site as you wish. You may make your own 
banners, use our banners from our bannerfarm or use whatever methods you wish 
to generate traffic through your website for use with our program.
 
4. You may use blind links or text links if you so desire but remember this may 
have a detrimental effect on your conversion rate.
 
5. All visitors you send to us must come from a webpage. We do not allow 
newsgroup postings with links to us. Nor do we allow email links/spamming or 
any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure 
to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the 
account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of 
any funds owed to that account.
 
6. The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote 
the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written 
consent of PornPower Cash will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from 
which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account:
CHILD PORN, WAREZ, PASSWORD TRADING & SELLING, NEWSGROUP POSTINGS, SPAM E-MAILS. 
 
7. A functional username and password must be provided upon request for all 
password protected URLs of a advertiser's site which have sent hits to the 
program. The username password combination must remain functional throughout 
the term of the advertiser's membership to PornPower Cash. Failure to provide a functional 
username and password within 24 hours of request will result in the termination 
of that advertiser's account and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds 
owed to that account.
 
8. Signups are registered by PornPower Cash. Any tampering will lead to termination, loss 
of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
 
9. PornPower Cash and its 3rd party billing agents will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from 
complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. PornPower Cash makes no 
warranties, express or implied, concerning the performance or functionality of 
the program, and will not be liable for claims, losses or damages to program 
partners - - other than payment of monies due hereunder - - or to any third 
parties, and expressly disclaims liability for special, consequential or 
incidental damages or losses of any kind or nature whatsoever, even if PornPower Cash was 
informed of the likelihood of such losses or damages.
 
10. Earnings less than USD $100 will be rolled over to the following week.
Earnings will be paid out only when the subscriber is actively participating on
the PornPower Cash Program. (Actively participating means promoting one of the PornPower Cash 
sites)
 
11. You must notify us before or upon termination or changes of any information 
established in the account agreement.
 
12. All information will remain strictly confidential and is property of PornPower Cash.
